Using the Essilor CLE 60 automatic lensmeter, our opticians carefully check your lens prescription for precision and accuracy. This technology is able to automatically identify progressive lenses and measure unifocal, bifocal, trifocal, and PAL lenses.
Backside coating is performed with the Ultra Optics Mini II, an advanced technology which bonds a durable, protective coating to all types of plastic and polycarbonate lenses.
If your patient has chosen to tint their lenses, our Dye-Master 9 Tint System provides optimal conditions for perfect tinting through precise control of temperature for darker colors, faster tinting and a longer lasting product.
The edging process begins with the Satisloh ES-Block Finish Blocker. With its image projection feature, our certified opticians delicately block the lens for edging before our Satisloh ES-Versa brings the lens shape to life.
Once the frames and lenses are assembled, our certified opticians conduct a careful inspection of the final product. After passing quality control measures, the completed pair of glasses are ready for delivery.
